Lifting l Sweating | Healing

The gym taught me discipline, but more than that, it’s where I started to rebuild the relationship I had with myself.

I battled anxiety, body image issues, and the quiet war of never feeling “enough.”

But inside these four walls, with music in my ears and a goal in my heart, I’ve found confidence. I’ve found clarity. I’ve found a version of me I actually love.

Funny thing is—this is where most of my best ideas come from. It’s where I think about + grow my business.

The business that introduced me to some of the strongest, kindest women I know. Women that actually care about each other and support each other’s success. A business that’s mine, but opened the doors for connection + community. Something I can feel proud of because it’s not just about me. It’s about helping other women feel their best + healthiest self. It’s about helping other women create a business all their own, an opportunity to dream big + achieve. A chance to make a difference in not just my life but in the lives of other people like me.

The gym is where I feel most myself.
